This is the best calisthenics workout I have ever seen:
With these calisthenic exercises he’s working almost all of his upper body quite intensely. His abdominals, grip, arm muscles such as the triceps and biceps, and several back and chest muscles are worked. And we can see how effective the training is by looking at his ripped physique and his abnormal strength. Here’s another video of him:
I’m more of a boxing than an MMA fan but out of all the MMA matches I watched the ones of Fedor Emelianenko were some of the most impressive. Without a doubt he’s one of the best MMA fighters of all time. Here are some videos of him training for his strength and his skills:
Brock Lesnar is a pro Wrestler and a former American Football defensive tackle and professional MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter. Apart from his skill as a wrestler he was known mostly for his ferocity and his great strength. Down below you’ll find a couple of vids of him training (lifting things, doing pushups etc…) and two others which display his strength feats in WWE.
I didn’t find any vids of the Big Show, the 7 foot tall wrestling giant lifting weights but I did find a good video of him overturning a jeep. WWE is scripted and I know that some stunts are fake but this one appears to be real.
Here’s a great video featuring all of Mike Tyson‘s knockouts. This is an excellent vid for those who want to see the best parts of Tyson’s fights but don’t have the time or patience to watch all of his matches completely.
He uses straps and that’s the reason this isn’t considered to be the world record for the raw deadlift, but it’s still a very impressive lift. At the moment the only man who lifted a close weight (460kg) to this guy without straps is none other than the raw deadlift world record holder Benedikt Magnusson. Click here to watch him do it.
As of now, Benedikt Magnusson holds the world record for the raw deadlift with a lift of 1015lbs/460kg. Yes I am aware of the 462kg lift of Eddie Hall but he used straps for that. Benedikt lifted 460kg with his bare hands and with no equipment aside from the belt.
